Winning start



The U8 football teams played their first football matches at Claremont Prep on Wednesday. The A team enjoyed an excellent 4-0 win underpinned by some accurate passing and fantastic positional play. The B and C teams also showed promise for the rest of the season with two hard fought draws. All of the boys displayed a superb attitude throughtout the afternoon - both on and off the field. They will be working hard to maintain their unbeaten season in the challenges that lie ahead!

It’s been a busy week full of book related fun. To kick off Book Week The Library hosted a Book Hunt for the Prep School on Monday which saw the children hunting high and low for a selection of titles. On Tuesday it was Pre Prep’s turn as they took to the Astro to hunt for favourite book characters—I’m glad to say the glum weather did not dampen their high spirits! Prep School have been designing bookmarks during their library sessions with some fantastic designs created by our artistic pupils.
